• 1–3 years in a technical support environment.
• Proficiency with operating systems, productivity platforms, and core infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve Tier I–II support requests independently, meeting SLA targets.
• Manage a personal service request queue with clear client communication.
• Escalate complex issues with full documentation to Engineers.
• Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements.
• Support professional services installs alongside Engineers.
