Merchants in Carmel, Indiana, seeks a Systems Support Analyst to independently provide tier 1 and 2 IT support to internal users and assist with tier 3 and project work. The role emphasizes strong communication and outstanding customer service to ensure timely solutions and positive user impressions.

You will manage the help desk, support Windows 11/365 environments, and participate in IT projects while creating clear documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive IT support experience in a corporate environment (help desk, systems support, or Microsoft 365 administration).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to independently resolve complex end-user, endpoint, Microsoft 365, and access-related issues.
• Experience with Windows 11 Pro/Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and related cloud services.

Responsabilités

• Independently maintain the help desk ticketing system with timely, informative user communications.
• Provide project updates to department managers and assist with project work as needed.
• Create/update technical documentation and how-to guides for end users.
