Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Tier 3 MLOps Engineer to join a collaborative Agile team. You will manage Tier 3 incidents and help build cloud-based software and infrastructure supporting ML/AI across programs.

The role emphasizes expanding skills in Agile development, cloud-based development, and creating knowledge bases for escalation paths, while ensuring security clearances and strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with generative AI concepts and technologies (Claude, GPT, Gemini).
• 2+ years of experience working with Tier II and Tier III support, and incident management workflow.
• 2+ years of experience with test and evaluation.
• Knowledge of the ML lifecycle and MLops concepts.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical users and developers.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 3 incidents and troubleshoot cloud-based ML/AI systems.
• Build and maintain Cloud software and infrastructure for ML/AI across the program.
• Develop internal knowledge base articles and escalation paths for operational triage.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to broaden skills in Cloud development and DevOps.
