Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Tier 3 MLOps Engineer in Chantilly, VA to manage incidents and support cloud-based ML/AI pipelines. You will work with an Agile team to develop, containerize, and deploy end-to-end data and ML workflows while advancing internal knowledge bases and escalation paths for triage.

Required are 2+ years in generative AI, system administration ops, and Tier III support, plus TS/SCI with poly. Remote/hybrid work policies apply per role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in generative AI concepts and technologies (Claude, GPT, Gemini).
• 2+ years in a system administrations operations environment.
• 2+ years in Tier II/Tier III support and incident management workflow.
• 2+ years in test and evaluation.
• Knowledge of ML lifecycle and building MLOps ecosystems.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical users and developers.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in system administrations operations environment.
• Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 3 incidents and support Cloud software and infrastructure for ML/AI.
• Build, containerize, and deploy end-to-end automated data and ML pipelines in a Cloud environment.
• Develop knowledge base articles and escalation paths for operational triage.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to improve tools and processes for IC customers.
