Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Tier 3 MLOps Engineer to join a collaborative Agile team. You will manage Tier 3 incidents and help build and maintain cloud-based software and infrastructure that supports ML/AI across the program, while expanding skills in Agile development and cloud-based solutions.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, translating technical concepts for diverse users, and developing an MLOps ecosystem in a security-conscious environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience with generative AI concepts and technologies such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini
• 2+ years of experience working with Tier II and Tier III support, and handling the incident management workflow
• 2+ years of experience working with test and evaluation
• Knowledge of the ML lifecycle and concepts to develop an MLOps ecosystem
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical users and developers
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience working in a system administration operations environment, or 4+ years of experience working in a system administration operations environment in lieu of a degree
• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire date

Responsabilidades
