SageCor Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled engineer to ensure reliability and security of production systems in the Maryland area. You will work within an Agile team to manage Tier 3 incidents and build cloud-based ML/AI infrastructure.

The role emphasizes expertise in generative AI, system administration operations, and incident management, with opportunities to grow in MLOps and cloud tooling in a security-focused environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in generative AI concepts and technologies such as Claude, GPT, and Gemini.
• 2+ years of experience with working in a system administrations operations environment
• 2+ years of experience in working with Tier II and Tier III support and handling the incident management workflow
• 2+ years of experience working with test and evaluation
• Knowledge of the ML lifecycle and concepts to develop an MLOps ecosystem
• Outstanding written communication skills and ability to translate between technical and non-technical users and developers
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in a system administrations operations environment
• Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire date

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of critical production systems and platforms.
• Work with a collaborative Agile development team to manage Tier 3 incidents and help build and maintain Cloud software and infrastructure that supports machine learning and AI across our program.
