Job summary

Workforce Opportunity Services is seeking an experienced IT Senior Technician to act as the final escalation point for complex issues, including networking, servers, and applications. The role requires deep expertise in Windows/Linux, virtualization, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and scripting with PowerShell.

You will lead troubleshooting, mentor Tier 1/2 staff, and drive infrastructure upgrades and deployments in a hybrid on-site/off-site environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of IT Service Desk experience, Tier 2/3 in MSP environment.
• Strong Windows/Linux knowledge and scripting (PowerShell).
• Networking fundamentals, firewalls, VLANs, TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for high-impact, complex technical problems.
• Lead infrastructure troubleshooting and system administration tasks.
• Perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence (RCA).
• Mentor Tier 1/2 staff; create/update knowledge base articles.
