DataPerk is seeking a Systems Administrator – Tier 2 Team Lead in Birmingham, AL, onsite at a client location. You will supervise a small, high-performing support team while performing hands-on Tier 2 administration and escalation duties.

The role combines technical leadership with customer-facing responsibilities, focusing on service quality, proactive support, and continuous improvement within DataPerk’s client environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Two or more of the listed certifications are required.
• Experience leading a Tier 2 onsite support team and coordinating with client management.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for escalated hardware, software, networking, and systems issues.
• Lead onsite support team and manage SLA compliance.
• Coordinate with client management and DataPerk leadership on process improvements and training needs.
