Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Network Operations Engineer – Tier 3 to support the ECS3 program for our intel customer. The role involves designing and delivering network solutions, documenting configurations, and coordinating across sites with up to 25% travel.

You will work on network standards, LAN/WAN/UC and video services, performing complex research, and producing high-level technical documents for diverse audiences. A TS/SCI with poly or ability to obtain poly is required.

Qualifications

• IAT II (Ex: Security+) is required.
• CCNA certification is required.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance or ability to obtain polygraph before start.

Responsibilities

• Network implementation and installation of technical projects at a site or locale.
• Facilitating engineering design data calls.
• Identify and recommend network changes to improve monitoring, management, and operations.
• Troubleshooting network failures and accessibility issues.
• Develop network-related implementation and deployment documentation.
• Develop network designs that meet customer requirements efficiently.
• Lead research and testing of new/modified hardware or software for performance/interoperability.
• Travel to other sites for network operations and administration (up to 25% CONUS).
