Job summary

Astreya in Denver, CO seeks a Network Operations Engineer II to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize a global data center network. You will serve as Tier 2 escalation, owning complex cases and supporting incident response.

Responsibilities include monitoring, change management, automation, and collaboration with facilities, with a focus on network reliability, performance, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
• 5+ years of network operations experience in Data Center networks.
• CCNP/JNCIP/ITIL certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot a global Data Center network, including routing and switching devices.
• Perform fault isolation for Layer 1–3 issues.
• Own escalated Tier 1 cases and drive resolution.
• Coordinate with DC facilities on maintenance impacting network.
• Develop and maintain change documentation (VLAN, DNS, etc.).
