Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Principle Network Architect in Boulder, CO to own network architecture standards and drive the building block topology for the security estate. You will define perimeter-resilience, high-availability, and zero-touch automation strategies to enable scalable deployment.

You will mentor senior engineers, manage vendor relationships, and set observability standards using tools like NetBox, SolarWinds, PRTG, and Syslog. Extensive Cisco/Juniper/Arista experience required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience with architecture leadership.
• Authoritative enterprise network design across Cisco/Juniper/Arista.
• Mastery of ERPS/MSTP ring protocols and high-availability perimeter design.

Responsibilities

• Own network architecture standards and building block topology for the physical security estate.
• Define perimeter-resilience and high-availability strategy with ERPS/MSTP standards.
• Establish security/configuration standards and zero-touch automation for deployment at scale.
