Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for network connectivity and cybersecurity incidents.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Assist with investigations, documenting findings and remediation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades.
• Maintain network diagrams, configurations, and knowledge base articles.
