Northeast Paving is seeking a Systems Analyst II to deliver Tier 2 network and cybersecurity support, monitoring infrastructure, and assisting with incident response. You will work with users, vendors, and IT teams, participate in projects, and ensure security standards are followed.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected, with 5+ years in the field. The role emphasizes proactive troubleshooting, network upgrades, and maintaining documentation.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3+ years of technical experience in network infrastructure, hardware, and cybersecurity technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise network connectivity and supporting security tools, controls, alerts, and remediation activities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier 2 support for network connectivity, infrastructure, and cybersecurity incidents and requests.
• Monitor and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs, and related services.
• Support cybersecurity tools, controls, alerts, identity/access management, and security monitoring.
• Investigate security alerts, document findings, escalate issues, and assist remediation.
