Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Tier 2 Metrology Technician to support government missions onsite in Aurora, Colorado. You will develop and maintain metrology policies, manage calibration schedules and ensure compliance with ANSI/NCSL Z540, ANSI/ISO/IEC 17025, and related standards while utilizing tools from Fluke and Keysight.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in metrology or related field, 3+ years of Tier 2 metrology experience, US citizenship, and TS/SCI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in metrology/calibration.
• 3+ years of Tier 2 metrology experience.
• US citizenship required.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains metrology policies and procedures.
• Manages calibration schedules and budgeting responsibilities.
• Oversee metrology processes to meet customer mission objectives.
• Familiar with ANSI/NCSL Z540, ANSI/ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
