Bowman Williams, a fast-growing cloud managed services provider, seeks a Help Desk Engineer Tier 2 to support hedge fund and financial services clients. This role is ideal for someone with solid IT support experience who is ready to tackle Tier 1.5 and light Tier 2 issues.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and polished communication abilities to meet the needs of high-expectation users.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of IT support experience in a professional environment.
• Experience working for an MSP or supporting multiple client environments.
• Strong proficiency in Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide white glove support for end users and IT resources.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 and 11 issues including updates and performance.
• Administer Microsoft 365 users, mailboxes, and permissions.
