Grapevine MSP is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician II to join our team in Visalia, CA. This role supports and resolves complex technical issues, serving as a key escalation point within a high-performing IT team.

You will monitor systems, provide end-user support, perform incident management, and ensure security and reliability through routine maintenance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Desktop Support, Tier 2 Help Desk or equivalent role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
• Proficient with Office 365 and Active Directory.
• Solid networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain client IT systems, networks, and applications during night hours.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Log and track incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Perform backups, updates, and patch management for reliability and security.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, incidents, and resolutions.
• Assist users in learning new systems and IT policies.
