Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and manage inbound calls according to daily dialing goals.
• Use service knowledge to present CMC Energy solutions and address customer inquiries.
• Confirm appointments and provide reminder calls ahead of scheduled visits.
• Qualify program applicants and collect necessary information for applications.
• Enter tracking data accurately into client and CMC databases and resolve issues.
