The position focuses on assembly and production activities, adherence to procedures, and collaboration with maintenance and supervision to optimize production while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within defined procedures.
• Willingness to work under close supervision.
• Basic understanding of technical processes, equipment, and systems.
• Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job with reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Performing assembly and production activities according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Supporting manufacturing plans including quantities, costs, and production timing.
• Coordinating with maintenance teams to maximize production capacity.
• Complying with health, safety, and environmental protection programs.
• Identifying and resolving recurring issues within your work area.
• Exchanging job-related information with supervisors and co-workers.
• Assisting and providing guidance to new team members.
• Performing highly structured activities based on defined work procedures, rules, and instructions.
• Applying basic technical knowledge to operate equipment and follow processes.
