Kelly is seeking a Tier 2 Assembler to join a premier manufacturing client in Utica, NY. The role involves performing assembly and production activities following established procedures, with two shift options.

You will work with a supportive team, gain on-the-job training, and contribute to safe, efficient production. Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year related experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Willingness to work under close supervision.

Responsabilités

• Assemble and production activities per procedures and work instructions.
• Support manufacturing plans including quantities, costs, and production timing.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to maximize production capacity.
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental programs.
• Identify and resolve recurring issues in your area.
• Assist and guide new team members.
• Perform structured activities based on defined procedures and rules.
• Apply basic technical knowledge to operate equipment and processes.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.77 per hour

Multiple Shift Options: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm - OR- 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

What’s a typical day as Tier 2 Assembler - Placement Order? You’ll be:

• Performing assembly and production activities according to established procedures and work instructions
• Supporting manufacturing plans including quantities, costs, and production timing
• Coordinating with maintenance teams to maximize production capacity
• Complying with all health, safety, and environmental protection programs
• Identifying and resolving recurring issues within your work area
• Exchanging job-related information with supervisors and co-workers
• Assisting and providing guidance to new team members
• Performing highly structured activities based on defined work procedures, rules, and instructions.
• Applying basic technical knowledge to operate equipment and follow processes.
