Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Less than one year of related manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Demonstrate reliability and strong attendance

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and production activities according to established procedures and work instructions
• Support manufacturing plans including quantities, costs, and production timing
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to maximize production capacity
• Comply with health, safety, and environmental programs
• Identify and resolve recurring issues within your work area
• Exchange job-related information with supervisors and co-workers
• Assist and guide new team members
