Job Description

This is a combined Tier 2/3 IT Support Technician position that will allow you to grow as a Tech professional while showcasing your extensive experience and skills.

  • Maintain Active Directory and Entra ID
  • Provide support for on-premise and cloud systems
  • Server and network troubleshooting/installation/maintenance
  • Action support requests and see them through to resolution
  • Software installations and upgrades
  • Work directly within ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise RMM and ScreenConnect
  • Manage small projects directly
  • Assist project engineers with larger projects as needed

Requirements

  • AAS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of Systems and Networks
  • Experience working with a PSA or comprehensive ticket/project management system
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  • Experience providing helpdesk level support of MacOS and Linux
  • Critical thinking and active listening skills
  • Ability to work well with clients and staff
  • Aptitude to work independently and prioritize service requests
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Ability to handle stress and multitask
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills
  • Occasional overtime and overnight shifts required
