Position: IT Sales & Support Engineer / Consultant / Specialist
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM or 9 AM – 5:30 PM CST
Type: Full-Time, Hourly

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support and IT consulting for business clients
  • Solve IT challenges through troubleshooting and software solutions
  • Balance support and sales—help clients while identifying their technology needs
  • Work closely with businesses, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Continue expanding your knowledge in a fast-paced, evolving IT environment

Who We’re Looking For

Industry Experience

MSP/MSSP Experience: 3-5+ years
IT Support Experience: 3-5+ years
IT Sales Experience: 1-2+ years
Client Segment Experience: 3-5+ years supporting businesses
Remote/Hybrid Experience: 2-3+ years

Core Technical Skills (1-3 Years Preferred)

  • Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365
  • Monday.com
  • Fortinet Firewalls, Switches, APs
  • SonicWALL Firewalls, Switches, APs
  • Ubiquiti Routers, Switches, and APs
  • Typing speed: 30 WPM minimum, 60+ WPM preferred
  • AS/BS Degree preferred

Required Skills & Experience

  • Active Directory & Group Policy
  • Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, VPN Configuration
  • Office 365 Administration
  • Strong customer relationship & sales skills
  • Ability to train and support non-technical users
  • Excellent time management & prioritization
  • Experience with onsite services & projects
