Job summary

Nyla Technology Solutions in the United States is seeking a Systems Administrator to manage critical IT infrastructure supporting defense and intelligence missions. Experience managing IT infrastructure for defense/intelligence missions.
Experience in Tier 1/2 support, configuration management, and hardware/software problem resolution.
Ability to configure UNIX/Linux and Windows servers.

Responsibilities

Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain critical IT infrastructure supporting defense and intelligence missions.
Oversee day-to-day operations, monitoring, and maintenance across client, server, storage, network, and mobile platforms.
Handle Tier 1 help desk support and Tier 2 escalation cases, configuration management, and hardware/software problem resolution.
Configure and maintain UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems; optimize network components to improve reliability and uptime.
