Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.

• Minimum three years of network operations experience preferred.
• IAT Level II - Security Plus certification.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fault management 24/7 to detect, isolate, and correct anomalies.
• Monitor all nodes for operational integrity and respond to trouble calls.
• Initiate and maintain trouble tickets and logs for documentation and metrics.
• Provide technical support or escalate to appropriate level.
• Log network issues for trend analysis and report hourly updates.
