Job summary

Standard Textile in the United States is seeking operators to safely manage warp beam equipment and maintain production quality within a textile manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes heavy lifting, equipment inspection, and adherence to safety procedures to ensure accurate weaving and timely maintenance tasks across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Physical capacity for heavy lifting and demanding manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate motorized and manual warp trucks to pick-up and distribute weave machine beams.
• Report any mechanical issues.
• Stage tie-equipment and warps for tie-back.
• Avoid hitting beam head on other warps.
• Scan all weave machine beams prior to moving into weave room.
• Load, comb and/or lease warp to.
• Ensure straightness and correct pattern in ends.
• Put machine in oil bath one time a week.
• Follow plant safety rules.

• Scan all weave machine beams prior to moving into weave room

• Ensure patterns are correct
• Put machine in oil bath one time a week
• Follow plant safety rules
