Job summary

Standard Textile is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Technician to maintain and repair equipment, focusing on electrical and mechanical maintenance to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, spare parts management, and upholding safety policies in a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree in Industrial Electricity/Electronics preferred.
• 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance (including welding) is preferred.
• Knowledge of 3-phase motor wiring, starters and electrical systems required.
• Knowledge of PLC programming, drives and control systems preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry and push/pull light and heavy materials.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stand, crawl, and walk.
