  • Oversee program‑level quotations to ensure pricing remains accurate, current, and renewed as required, while partnering with the Estimating team on day‑to‑day quote activities.
  • Maintain and administer program price lists to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Create and manage project plans to ensure timely execution, clear accountability, and consistent stakeholder communication.
  • Provide inventory analysis and insights related to stocked and non‑stocked products to support sales forecasting, business development, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Coordinate non‑stock and customer‑specific product requests with Product Management to support customer and program requirements.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to monitor industry trends, benchmark performance, and develop data‑driven recommendations based on year‑over‑year sales trends and business results.
  • Support the daily operations of the Program Team, including serving as the first point of escalation for issues requiring resolution.
  • Provide regular project status updates to cross‑functional stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and next steps.
Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred and/or 3-5+ years sales, marketing, product, or project management experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and enthusiasm about new ideas.
