Job summary

Learfield Amplify is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support outreach and revenue generation for the University ticket office. You will contribute to day-to-day operations, manage season ticket activity, and collaborate with Marketing and Ticketing teams to optimize fan experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales or sports industry experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of CRM and data analysis is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience in sports or sponsorship.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis desired.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales efforts for season tickets and group packages.
• Maintain accurate account information in CRM and ticketing systems.
• Assist with inbound inquiries and fan correspondence as needed.
• Retain a portfolio of season ticket holders through proactive outreach.
• Track activity, renewal status, and feedback in CRM to improve retention.
• Collaborate with Ticketing and Marketing to enhance season ticket holder experience.
• Assist with managing the ticketing system (Paciolan) and event builds.
