Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant sales or marketing experience in the sports/sponsorship landscape.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sports industry and strong communication skills.
• Team player with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM and marketing automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales efforts to prospective fans regarding season tickets and group packages.
• Maintain accurate CRM and ticketing data; assist with inbound inquiries.
• Retain a portfolio of season ticket holders through proactive outreach.
• Track activity and renewals in CRM to inform outreach and retention efforts.
• Assist with ticketing system operations and game-day coordination.
