Job summary

Ruoff Mortgage Stadium seeks a Ticketing Representative Lead to oversee event ticket office operations, guiding staff and ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will resolve ticketing issues, process transactions, and coordinate with event staff to support smooth operations.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, two years in ticket sales, and familiarity with vivenu, SeatGeek, or Ticketmaster. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Sports Management, Marketing or Communications.
• Minimum two years of ticket sales experience, preferably with a sports team or organization.
• Experience with ticketing software platforms such as vivenu, SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ticket office operations during events to ensure efficient processes and a positive guest experience.
• Sell walk-up tickets and assist guests with purchases, exchanges, reprints, and general inquiries.
• Provide guidance and support to ticket office representatives during each shift.
• Resolve guest concerns and ticketing issues promptly and professionally.
• Operate ticketing software and POS systems to process transactions accurately.
