Job summary

Legends Global and Maryland Athletics are partnering to expand premium seating, ticketing and donor engagement across Maryland Athletics venues.

The Ticketing & Fundraising Specialist will drive revenue, service existing donors, and identify new prospects while coordinating with the Director, Sales, Service, & Retention. This on-site role requires non-traditional hours, including weekends and game days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; 1-2 years sales experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional image and positive attitude.
• Experience maintaining accurate client and prospect records in a CRM (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Offer a full menu of seating options for Maryland Football, Men’s Basketball and other sports.
• Coordinate sales calls with prospects and referrals; build a prospect/donor portfolio.
• Solicit and steward donors; drive revenue through ticket and donation offerings.
• Record all interactions and activities accurately in Salesforce CRM; participate in sales meetings.
