Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial and accounting operations at the Maryland Club at the University of Maryland. This role reports to the Vice President of Sales and Hospitality with a dotted line to the Vice President of Finance and partners with the Club Manager to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility financial goals and budgets.
• Monitor cost of goods sold, inventory, and labor percentages.
• Prepare and review event settlements.
• Maintain cash receipts and disbursements.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for clients and Legends Global Corporate.
• Coordinate with the VP of Finance on client or external audit preparation.
