Victory Live is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor in Atlanta to partner with the operations team and oversee ticket supply chain logistics across 14+ marketplaces, using automation to monitor orders and balance day‑to‑day tasks with ad hoc issues.

The role centers on managing inventory and distribution pipelines, ensuring accuracy, and serving as the escalation point for complex fulfillment issues while guiding Fulfillment Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fulfillment processes across 14+ marketplaces to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or high impact fulfillment and member issues.
• Supervise, coach, and support Operations Fulfillment Specialists, including training, workload distribution, and performance accountability.
• Develop, improve, and document workflows across internal and third party products.
• Maintain relationships and communication with technology partners, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and support needs.
• Oversee internal operations tools, inventory systems, and point of sale platforms to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership and the management team on high level operational initiatives and cross functional projects.
