Victory Live is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor in Atlanta to partner with the operations team and oversee ticket supply chain logistics across 14+ marketplaces, using automation to monitor orders and balance day‑to‑day tasks with ad hoc issues.

The role centers on managing inventory and distribution pipelines, ensuring accuracy, and serving as the escalation point for complex fulfillment issues while guiding Fulfillment Specialists.

THE POSITION

The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor will work hand in hand with the operations team handling all aspects of ticket supply chain logistics. With the aid of automation tools, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible formonitoring all incomingorders for any errors as well as complete any non-automated orders manually.Diligence and accuracy are of the utmost importance in this role in organizing and balancing day to day tasks versus ad hocissues.As an Operations Supervisor, you will be front and center in managing our inventory and distribution pipelines.
