• Ensure passenger details, PNRs, and fare rules accuracy.
• Support clients with bookings and travel queries.
• Maintain booking records and coordinate with operations and sales.

Job Summary

Dewan Travels is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Ticketing Executive to manage domestic and international flight bookings, group tour ticketing, and other travel-related reservations. The ideal candidate should have experience in flight ticketing, fare management, and coordinating travel arrangements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings, ticket issuance, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
• Manage individual, family, corporate, and group tour flight bookings.
• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners for fares and availability.
• Prepare flight itineraries, quotations, and travel schedules for clients and tour groups.
• Ensure accuracy of passenger details, PNRs, ticketing deadlines, and fare rules.
• Handle group ticketing requirements for domestic and international tour packages.
• Provide timely assistance to clients regarding bookings, changes, baggage allowances, and travel queries.
• Maintain booking records and ensure smooth coordination with the operations and sales teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in domestic and international flight ticketing.
• Knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
• Understanding of airline fare rules, PNR creation, ticket issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Experience handling group bookings and tour-related ticketing.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced travel environment.

Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
