Job summary

Milestone Career Planner is seeking a travel consultant to handle client inquiries, tailor travel solutions, and coordinate bookings. You will book hotels, resorts, flights and transportation to meet client requirements while providing exceptional service.

You will design domestic and international tour packages, share destination information and travel regulations, and maintain accurate records with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hotel booking systems and travel portals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking ability.
• Sales orientation with ability to upsell packages.
• Proficiency in MS Office and booking platforms (Amadeus/GDS preferred).
