The LA Clippers are seeking Answers Portal Hosts for events at Intuit Dome in Inglewood, CA. This part‑time role provides ticketing assistance to fans via Ticketmaster, with a focus on accurate troubleshooting, friendly service, and maintaining ticket integrity during high‑demand events.

You will handle account lookups, app usage guidance, and general arena information, with hours that vary by schedule. The position is non‑benefits eligible and requires weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in ticketing operations or box office environments.
• Familiarity with Ticketmaster or similar ticketing platforms is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced event setting.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot ticketing issues and assist with account lookup/creation.
• Maintain ticket integrity while responding to guest needs.
• Communicate clearly with guests to offer tailored solutions.
• Assist guests with downloading and using the Intuit Dome App.
• Provide information on events, pricing, and seating options.
• Represent the Guest Experience team professionally during shifts.
