Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• Basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations.
• ServSafe Certified (alcohol service training) preferred.
• Able to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and upkeep of concession stand.
• Maintains accurate accounting of all transactions and inventory on assigned concession stand.
• Performs location worker assignments.
• Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees.
• Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to Concession Lead.
• Maintains accurate cash and card handling procedures at all times.
• Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Concession Lead.
