Job summary

Legends Global in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Ticket Seller for the Box Office to greet guests, guide them to seats, and enforce arena policies. You will handle guest questions, resolve issues, and stay calm during emergencies, with varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

This role reports to the Box Office Manager and requires strong customer service and communication, 18+ years old, and a High School diploma.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong customer service and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Ability to handle conflicts in a calm, professional manner.
• Proficiency reading and understanding English and clear verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide event and arena information.
• Escort guests to sections or seats, including when the arena bowl is dark.
• Enforce facility policies (no smoking, no re-entry) by monitoring stairs and sections.
• Proactively assist guests with questions, difficulties, or complaints.
• Resolve guest issues up to the level where supervisor intervention is required.
• Identify and respond to emergencies, coordinating with Security or Supervisors as appropriate.
• Remain calm and direct guests to safety areas during emergencies.
• Hours include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education And/or Experience

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
