Job summary

Legends Global seeks a part-time Ticket Seller at Fishers Event Center. You will handle ticket sales at the box office, assist with group sales, and manage Will-Call while delivering friendly, accurate service to patrons.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, and the ability to work day, evening, weekends and holidays. Proficiency with data entry and POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process single ticket sales at the ticket office.
• Assist with group sales when requested.

Responsible for ticket sales for shows or events by performing the following duties.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess single ticket sales at the ticket office and assist with group sales when requested.Professionally, efficiently, and courteously answers patron’s questions concerning prices, availability, events, and related Ticket Office questionsOpens and or closes ticket window as required.Handles Will-Call window according to procedures, or other related duties as assigned by supervisor.Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, able to work independently and handle most ticket office questions without assistance.Files various records and reports.
