Job summary

Learfield IMG College is seeking an Account Executive – Revenue Generation for the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. This full-time role drives ticket sales, donor acquisition, and premium seating opportunities, working with local businesses and fans to generate revenue across the athletics program.

As part of the revenue generation team, you’ll call on current and past customers, pursue new leads, and deliver superior customer service while meeting weekly and annual sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software such as Salesforce a plus.
• Proven track record in sales and building quality relationships.
• Friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through ticket sales, donor acquisition, and premium seating opportunities.
• Call current and past customers and pursue new sales leads.
• Contact area businesses and individuals via phone, in-person/virtual meetings.
• Build relationships to secure repeat business and deliver excellent service.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing customers.
• Provide superior customer service throughout the season.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Director.
