Responsibilities

• Assist with game day ticket sales, will call, and managing sales tables.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage the ticket system.
• Support data capture and database management within the ticketing system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
