Job summary

AEG seeks a Manager, Ticket Sales to lead the LA Galaxy season ticket sales team, driving new revenue and client satisfaction. This role oversees daily operations, hires and develops staff, and runs campaigns for full-season, partial-plan, and individual ticket sales.

Responsibilities include debt management, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and operations. Applicants should have a BA/BS, 4–6 years in ticket sales, and familiarity with Dynamics; bilingual Spanish

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of related work experience.
• Experience managing a ticket sales budget for year-round events.
• Proven track record in season ticket sales and service in professional sports.
• High level understanding of Dynamics and Back Office.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily management, coaching, and direction to Account Executives to meet sales and service goals.
• Oversee development of sales reps through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Conduct regular team and individual meetings with leadership.
• Oversee debt management and order submissions to support fulfillment.
• Develop processes to maximize new business from existing clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute ticket sales initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to craft annual season ticket strategy and goals.
• Monitor sales reports, identify trends, and inform strategy with analytics.
• May execute seasonal full-season campaigns in coordination with marketing.
