Job summary

Penske Entertainment in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Ticket Sales Intern for the 2027 season. This part-time, seasonal role supports the ticket sales team for IMS events, including INDYCAR Grand Prix, Indianapolis 500, and Brickyard Weekend.

You will engage fans, handle up to 400 calls per week, and use SCORE and Microsoft Dynamics to manage orders and leads. Current students pursuing an undergrad or grad degree with strong Excel skills and a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Available to work extended hours during race weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make up to 400 calls per week to new leads and former customers.
• Generate revenue and drive attendance for IMS events.
• Explain IMS products and processes to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Operate SCORE ticket system to process daily orders and payments.
• Maintain customer data in the CRM and handle payments accurately.
