Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.

• Ability to work part-time, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support ticket sales for IMS events including INDYCAR Grand Prix, Indianapolis 500.
• Make up to 400 calls per week to new leads and past customers.
• Process ticket orders in SCORE and manage customer data in CRM.
• Assist with guest relations and event-day operations.
