Job summary

Attain Sports is seeking a driven ticket sales professional to sell new and renewal ticket plans, group tickets, catered events and suite rentals for the Chesapeake Baysox. You will prospect, cold call, meet with local organizations, and build lasting relationships while working as part of a team.

The role requires nights, weekends and holidays, with a salary range including commission opportunities. Attain Sports emphasizes community engagement and superior customer service to clients and fans

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing or Business.
Excellent oral and written communication and customer service problem solving skills.
Willing to work extended hours including, nights, weekends and holidays.
Spanish fluency a plus.

Responsibilities

Actively prospect, research and sell ticket plans and group ticket packages, including nightly rental of luxury suites, premium party areas and seating bowl options.
Use catalog of inventory to customize a comprehensive hospitality package that fits client's needs.
Make recommendations to the Director of Ticket Sales concerning opportunities to grow department sales.
Maximize sales within operational structure set forth by Director of Ticket Sales.
Service incoming sales calls from prospects.
Meet and exceed sales goals in the areas of season and partial ticket packages and group sales.
