• Oversee ticket operations, including inventory, pricing, and distribution channels, ensuring NCAA compliance.
• Cultivate corporate partner and VIP client relationships with customized hospitality experiences.
• Supervise ticket sales and customer service teams, ensuring high-quality fan experiences.
