Job summary

NASCAR is seeking a Manager of Ticket Operations at Kansas Speedway to oversee ticket office operations, manage race and commemorative ticket fulfillment, and drive digital ticketing adoption for improved fan experiences.

You will collaborate with ticketing staff, leadership, and partners to develop strategies, staff events, and train representatives while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across properties.

Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing software, ideally Ticketmaster.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Advanced Excel skills in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in box office, ticketing, or live event operations.
• Proven project management skills from concept to execution.
• Knowledge of technologies impacting ticket sales and operations.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.
• Operational knowledge of Ticketmaster and Dynamics CRM preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and budget management skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Understanding of racing and commitment to fan experience.
• Customer-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversees walk-up ticket sales and customer inquiries.
• Staffs and schedules ticket office personnel and locations.
• Collaborates with regional directors, Ticketmaster, internal and external teams, and track partners to develop ticketing strategies.
• Supports implementation of Consumer Admissions strategic initiatives.
• Evaluates and improves digital ticket fulfillment experience.
• Reviews system setup for consistency and enterprise-wide view.
• Conducts research and provides insights for commemorative ticket decisions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
