The City of Goodyear invites applications for the Ballpark Event Services Lead to support Spring Training events at Goodyear Ballpark and Recreational Complex. The role coordinates set-up, teardown, staffing, and guest services, overseeing staff and volunteers across ticketing, ushering, transportation and cleaning.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, a positive, friendly attitude, and a willingness to assist in various ballpark operations.

• Implements and executes operational plans for assigned areas; supervises staff/volunteers.
• Assists with ballpark program setup and teardown including opening/closing the facility.
• Resolves minor customer issues and ensures superior service.
• Ensures safety of guests and participants and enforces policies.
• Participates in pre/post-event meetings and completes post-event reports.
