Job summary

The City of Goodyear is seeking an Events Services Lead to assist and organize the set-up, coordination, supervision and tear down of Spring Training game day operations and other events at Goodyear Ballpark and Recreational Complex.

This role oversees Event Services staff and volunteers across areas such as ticket taking, transportation, guest services, ushers, and cleaning, requiring strong customer service, a positive attitude, and a willingness to support multiple ballpark operations.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes operational plans for assigned areas. Supervises activities and facility by providing direction, overseeing, and delegating work to Event Services staff/volunteers. Ensures/documents breaks for staff/volunteers.
